How to use this planning tool
Start by entering your project name and total project budget. Next, list each project cost, including the category, description, and your estimated cost. As the project progresses, update the actual cost for each item to track real spending.
The planner automatically totals your estimated and actual costs and shows whether your project is under or over budget. When finished, you can export your project budget as a CSV file to open in Excel or Google Sheets for saving, sharing, or further analysis.
